I am a social media manager, so I built social profiles for companies/businesses. I enjoy posting photos on my profile, and of course, I wish to get more followers. We all know how the influencer economy has been thriving these years. Even though I did not become an influencer, I became a social media manager. I still keep posting on my profile. It not only records my life but also for the following reasons:
The first, of course, is to make money. The vast majority of people do we media to do personal IPs and make money. New media is an asset-light venture with low investment cost and low risk, as the celebrity economy. You are just posting your daily life, the things you like on social media constantly, which is worth trying. Of course, there are more important reasons than making money.
Second, keep a nose for business. Since you want to make money from “new media,” you must study the business model and the path of realization. In this process, you can improve your understanding of business sense. When the opportunity comes, you can seize it.
Earn money or not, earning how much money is still secondary. The main is to use the brain, not let the brain rust, mobilize enthusiasm, and self-discipline, do not work in front of people and become numb without thinking of the screw. Third, compound interest thinking and value investing. Output is also self-sorting, self-renewal, and self-iteration, and your output will snowball bigger and bigger. Output also forces input (learning).
Fourth, it may be a sharp tool for ordinary people to protect their rights. When normal people encounter something complex and challenging to solve, there is a voice in new media, which may be a wang fried that ordinary people can take out in their hands.
Fifth, the things you are writing about are the precious wealth of life, especially your content is a person to grow, the inner strength of ascension (like me). I feel I am upgrading after I started to write on onahjoun.com. When I write things down, it is an excellent way to clear things up, see how things went, and remember things.
Many young people bet their dream of becoming rich overnight on “new media,” hoping to make a hit and become a big influencer after one night. It is challenging now. We can do it slowly. We have been poor for so long, and we will be insufficient for some time. What’s the hurry.
